1. Who this applies to
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Fortune Eleven Trading Co. ("Fortune Eleven Trading Co.", "we", "us"), and any enquiry, quotation or document exchanged with us through it. By submitting an enquiry or using a tool on this site, you accept these terms.
2. What we do
Fortune Eleven Trading Co. is a sourcing and export-development office. We are not the manufacturer of the goods we quote — we identify, audit and coordinate factories on a buyer's behalf, and coordinate buyer introductions on a manufacturer's behalf. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; it is information to start a conversation.
3. Quotations and orders
Prices, lead times and specifications discussed by chat, email or WhatsApp are indicative until confirmed in a signed proforma invoice. An order is only binding once both parties have signed a proforma invoice or purchase agreement setting out price, Incoterm, payment terms and specification. Payment terms are as stated on that document, not on this website.
4. The free tools on this site
The proforma/commercial invoice, packing list and Brand Studio generators run entirely in your browser — nothing you type into them is sent to us or stored by us. They are provided to help you draft documents faster; you are responsible for checking the figures, terms and legal details before you use, sign or send any document they produce. Fortune Eleven Trading Co. is not liable for errors in a document you generated, edited and issued yourself.
5. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Fortune Eleven Trading Co. unless credited otherwise. You may not copy or republish them without our written permission. Product photographs on this site are illustrative of categories we source, not a catalogue of exact stock.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fortune Eleven Trading Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Our liability for any confirmed order is limited to what is agreed in that order's signed documentation.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from this website is subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless a signed order agreement states otherwise.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of this site after a change means you accept the update.
